MOQ is 50 pieces per color/fabric configuration. Mixed colors in a single container are accepted. Sample orders of 1–4 pieces are available for evaluation — sample fees are refundable against a bulk order.
Yes. We offer three customization levels: (1) upholstery color from our 50+ in-house fabric swatches, (2) fabric upgrade to leather or vinyl, (3) logo embroidery or branded labels. Custom Pantone matching is available for orders ≥ 100 pcs. Lead time impact: +5–7 days for branding, +7–10 days for custom Pantone fabric.
Standard lead time is 30–45 days after deposit, depending on order volume. For orders > 500 pcs, we’ll confirm a specific shipping date in the quotation. Sample lead time is 7–10 days.
Yes. Sample pieces are available at sample cost + freight. We recommend evaluating the chair’s frame weight, fabric hand-feel, stitching quality, and stackability in person. We can ship to most countries via DHL or FedEx.
We provide commercial furniture that meets general export requirements. For specific certifications (BIFMA, EN 12520, fire-retardant to CA TB117 or BS 5852), please specify at quotation — third-party testing can be arranged at buyer cost.
Standard export packaging: 2 pcs per carton with foam protection at all corners, in a 5-ply corrugated carton. Container loading is approximately 60–80 pcs per 20’GP, 150–180 pcs per 40’HQ (final quantity depends on fabric choices).
T/T 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance against copy of B/L. L/C at sight accepted for orders > USD 30,000. We work with all major shipping forwarders; FOB Shenzhen / FOB Guangzhou are standard.
We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal commercial use. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, or normal wear. Replacement parts or full replacement are at our discretion.
